Oh, about yesterday, my mammo was sore as usual for me. The doctor that reads the mammogram was there and She read it while I waited. The results were benign same as last year, just need to do the same next year, Phew what a relief! I'm usually sore for a couple of days afterwards, ugh. Oh well, its worth it. Have a nice evening
Annette- Bravo on today's 60 min workout targeting shoulder/legs with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with an extra long stretch today. Bravo, that was awesome. I hear ya on having a tough time building definition. It is tough. The only thing that worked for me was "Body Beast" from Beach body. Have a good evening
