Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a 45 minute lower body C&E workout. It was their latest and I loved the format! They always mix it up.

Linda - WTG with your Cathe Live workout this morning. I am sore today from that :)
Annette - You must have some serious muscle definition with all your lifting at the gym!
Nora - I hope all went well at your appointment :)
Nicki - Good luck with your lower body workout attempt - I hope you don't have any discomfort after (other than DOMS)

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, if only, I am trying for muscle definition so far only in my bicep am I seeing some improvement.

Today was a 60 minute shoulder/legs with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with an extra long stretch.

I did some exercises using the pyramid method and other just straight sets:

Seated clean and press
Shoulder press
Side Laterals bent arm
Front raises
Shrugs
Rear shoulders
Side Laterals 1 arm lifted straight out to the side leaning over against the wall then switch to other side


All with dumbbells ranging from 7 pounds to 25 pounds(used for Shrugs only)

Then the leg extension machine and the leg press machine

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted.

Long stretch.

I am feeling my workouts from early this week.

Great 60 minute shoulder/legs with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with an extra long stretch today Annette! At least it wasn’t a straight 60 min. Of shoulders! :)

Oh, about yesterday, my mammo was sore as usual for me. The doctor that reads the mammogram was there and She read it while I waited. The results were benign same as last year, just need to do the same next year, Phew what a relief! I'm usually sore for a couple of days afterwards, ugh. Oh well, its worth it. Have a nice evening;)

Annette- Bravo on today's 60 min workout targeting shoulder/legs with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with an extra long stretch today. Bravo, that was awesome. I hear ya on having a tough time building definition. It is tough. The only thing that worked for me was "Body Beast" from Beach body. Have a good evening;)
