Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox routine to 7 ladies for 42 minutes.

Then since I realized that I forgot triceps yesterday during my weight workout, I did 20 minutes of weight work for triceps, legs and abs.

rest day today everyone. I am exhausted! I've been working too much. Things will slow down in september, i think.

I got a lot done today post holidays but a workout was not in there. I am still fighting this throat infection which now includes blocked ears. Decided to watch AGT with my daughter tonight instead- she leaves for school in week sand I’ll be missing her like crazy.
