Today I taught my aerobic dance workout to 6 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs. Mixed it up some with different ways to help my bicep pop. Some guy on whistle sports I think had a video on FB.

I really felt it.

Hi Annette. I love the feeling after a good workout too. That's one of the many reasons we keep doing it right?! Today I tried Mindy Mylrea Awesome Intervals for the 3rd time. I can't do it. The choreography is kind of weird, cueing is SO not there. Then I did some Tracey Mallett Booty Barre. My butt is still sore from yesterday. Blah! Tomorrow is another day. Hello to all who follow.
