Good morning all!

Today's workouts:

STS2-Upper Body #2- dvd mix - 28 min.
IFit- "Playa Delfines Treadmill walk, Cancun, Mexico" - 11 min

Nora, I responded on the other thread regarding your post that you couldn't find the "premix" that I did
on Kelly's dvd.........It was ( and the same on the STS2 one I did this AM) a dvd mix that I programmed
on my dvd player, not a premix on the actual dvd. My player has the function to be able to program
a dvd to play particular title/chapters on the dvd, which you do first before you start playing it. If a
dvd is chaptered well, like Cathe's and Kelly's, I will do this alot, Also, if the dvd has 2 workouts
on it, like alot of Kelly's, I can go back & forth when I pick & choose, because usually each workout
has a different title number. It's very simple to do, most Sony dvd players have this function. Sorry
to be so "technical", but I wanted to explain.....so if I say dvd mix, that's what I do, and if I do an
actual premix, I try to put premix.

Aqua girl… that’s an awesome feature on the DVD player that you can do a mix.

Peloton Strength Program. Followed by Cathe Live #478-Low Impact HIIT with Active Recovery (express workout). This class was exactly what I needed. Low impact cardio blasts alternating with recovery moves that focused on the core. Really liked the format. Finished with a chest/back 10 minute foam rolling stretch. I woke up this morning with some tightness. Definitely helped.

Can't remember if I've done that CatheLive or not. Since it's low impact and express, I probably have :)
 
Today I did the newest Jamie McKagan Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube, it was 52 minutes and I am a sweaty mess. I tried my wrist weights for part of the 1st 20 minutes of cardio but switched to my boxing gloves for the rest of the workout. At the end , I could not do the sit on the floor and get up without using your hands, shoot I got down and basically sat there and then just got up whatever way I could and stood for the rest and marched in place.

It was a very good workout overall!

Linda- That is so cool your DVD player allows you to do that good for you! I like that premix you did of KCM's. I did not know about that. Great workouts today with:

YT- Trainer Hub -Sandbag Workout for Beginners - Full Body Sandbag Circuit= 14 Min used 40 Pound Sandbag

Leslie Sansone- The Big Burn - 2 Miles Intervals = 33 Min wore 6 pound weighted vest

Also, thanks for the explanation on the DVD mix. Going to check and see if my DVD player has that same option for even more variety!!

ChelePA, nice workout with Peleton Strength Program with #478 Low HiiT impact and 10-minute rolling. Wait, that gives me a great idea for my leg - I need to try rolling it!!
