Hi Everyone,

Today I did a double Daily Burn workout (and yesterday). My latest discovery from a VFer. Love it!!! Love the variety! I got it for my eldest DD to combat low mood. I bribed her - workout for 15 minutes minimum 3+ times/week and I'll buy you a hair straightener. She kept her word and has been working out. She likes Cathe but loves Daily Burn and Rippedism. My youngest DD loves cathe and the WB!

Nice to see everyone checking in. Henriette - it's true. You are able to manage a lot! I am impressed. Are the beachbody dvd's dubbed in german?

Elsie - I get like that too - sometimes don't use my legs enough to walk outside :(

Linda - my eldest daughter had an incident at uni last fall where a guy she was outside with on campus late at night suddenly jumped her and pinned her down (it took a fews times to get out from under him and gave her a big fright). She is doing great in general - works, goes out etc.. but she is struggling inside - at times, not always.

Yesterday I did half of Cardio and Weights. I cleaned the house also, so my active calories per my Fitbit were 1300.

Today I am going to run about 30 minutes on the treadmill. Shooting for 3 miles.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I taught my newest circuit workout to 7 ladies for over an hour ~64 minutes. It is tough, we use both dumbbells and the barbell and one song is devoted to just abs.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work (light day but higher reps) this included abs.

Hi girls!

Great workouts!

Today I took it a little easier and did a Sh'bam style dance work out. Fun and sweaty, but could still take it easy.

Siobhan - I sure hope they are not dubbed in German. The description was in English even on the German site and the seller was Beachbody, so I think and hope they are in English. I would not be able to stand a Shaun T voiceover in German! [emoji33]

I am still managing a lot, basically the same as before, with a few modifications, but I do notice it. My body is more tired and I am quicker out of breath. We are on the 4th floor at the office and as I always take the stairs I enter the office huffing and puffing. As long as I can huff and puff my way up those stairs I will. 6 more weeks to go, then hopefully 4 weeks at home getting ready.

Yesterday my bf asked what I planned to do with all that time in those 4 weeks. He asked: Just workout and relax? Well, hopefully yes, but also truck loads of laundry for the baby and the rest of the household and life goes on. I may not be going to the office but we still need to eat and kids need to go to school and Magnus to basketball. Hopefully I will also make time for myself to just lie on the couch with one of the many books I have bought and crochet more baby things while watching Netflix. Lots of plans... but those weeks will fly by and there is no guarantee when the baby will decide it's time.

Siobhan, that's horrible for your daughter! I'm so sorry that happened. Did she press charges or was the student reprimanded in Any way? I would be livid!! Hugs to you both.

Annette, a whole song just for and? Ouch!

Henriette, take the rest when you can! You know what's coming. You've put in an awful lot of work so far so I imagine you're in great shape, physically and mentally!

Today I did Cathes Muscle endurance. I forgot how many leg presses she does!
