Good Wednesday Morning,

Today I was not feeling it. I have had a migraine since last night. I opted for ICE Chiselled Upper Body which was perfect for a slow day. I added on chest/tri's from pyramid upper body and did my own stretch.

Carmen - I responded to you in yesterday's thread.

Hi gals,

Today I did my own aerobic workout using my more upbeat music. So I hope my class likes it.

Then to the gym for 11 minutes on the stair machine then 30 minutes of weights.

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday was another super hot day here. Around 34 degrees! We are so not used to those temperatures here and it becomes very suffocating as there is no AC most places.

I did 10min Popsugar Booty Barre w/o, then went off to give a training in a super hot gym so I could not make the kids work too hard and afterwards my son had his training so I took a ball with me to the park near the club and shot some hoops while waiting for him. I was dripping with sweat within minutes due to the heat.

After a late dinner we again went for a walk instead of an indoor w/o. With these temparatures and my busy schedule it is not really doable for me to get in longer w/o's. It's lovely to have warmer days, instead of the 14 degrees we were having, but it's too hot especially now that school and basketball has started again. It's only meant to be this week though, so at the latest by next week I should be back to my rotations.

Siobhan - you said you didn't know how some of us manage more than 1 w/o.... well I did before because my son was away and bball season had not started so then all I had to do was work and then in the evenings prioritize whether I wanted time to relax, be social or use my time to w/o or worse, do chores around the house. Usually my w/o's got priority. :)
