Thought I would get us started

CeceFifi…I did one of C & E’s workouts. I can see why you like the channel. I still need instructors talking to me. Ha ha.

I warmed up with 15 minutes of standing core from Chris & Edi. Followed by this workout from CD. Perfect music for this routine. So much fun! Loved the variety!

As to my 12 plates on the sled yesterday question, no that is not my highest. My highest is 14 plates or 738 pounds pushed.

Today's workout was Jamie McKagan's Cardio Boxing workout that was 54 minutes long. It was good and challenging to say the least.
