Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym early and did my weight workout before teaching my class. That was 45 minutes which included bench press, flies, seated clean and press, shoulder shrug, hammers with a twist, leg press machine and floorwork abs.

Then I taught one of my older circuit workouts to 13 ladies for 51 minutes.

Today was Lean Lower Body Live.

I cannot believe today is August 1st!
 
Hi Everyone,

I worked out late today - after work. I am not usually able to do that (always talk myself out of it) but this spinning has got me hooked! So, of course, I did a Cathe Live Spin class. Cathe Cathe Cathe - your spin workouts are Uh-mazing.

Company team bonding baseball game this afternoon in 40C heat.
25 minute walk to and from the diamonds added a little more exercise.
Full day of meetings tomorrow then will fly in around 9:30pm.
