Hi Everyone,

Today I did a solid 30 minute jump rope workout from SSOD. I added on Cathe's PUB biceps and shoulders.

It's cooler here too.

Hi ladies

Today was CL Muscle Max no Step. Excellent workout that Hits all muscle groups in an hour including abs. I really do not like to workout more than an hour. All it does is increase my appetite.

I will try to tack on yoga or a stretch later. My DD is visiting for a few days. I do not get to see her that often so I want to spend as much time with her as possible.

Hi gals,

Today I only had 1 show up so I canceled class. Then I did 47 minutes on the elliptical and 47 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. All heavy dumbbells for chest, back and hammer curls, medium weight for shoulder, bicep curls, and triceps. Hit the leg press machine and ended with floorwork.

Today was Old School Step Aerobics w/Fit Outside the Box. I am still sore from Monday's Margaret Richard...yikes! Stay cool everyone.
 
Hey all!

KY & CTX Kickbox - I forgot how much I love this one! Qigong tonight after I digest my dinner.

I love moving my body and once I semi retired I decided to use some of the extra time I have to indulge myself in extra movement.

Unlike my younger years pushing hard or long doesn’t make me extra hungry as long as I weave in easier weeks like this week. I guess that’s a perk for being a little old lady who runs on fat. :)
 
Hi Ladies,

Upper body section from Maximum Intensity in the books with 5, 8, and 10lb weights!! Looked over the workout on Saturday and wish it had mat work for lower body. With that said I'm going to keep this workout and use it as an upper body workout. When, does she have you start lifting a compact car
