Hi gals,
Today I only had 1 show up so I canceled class. Then I did 47 minutes on the elliptical and 47 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. All heavy dumbbells for chest, back and hammer curls, medium weight for shoulder, bicep curls, and triceps. Hit the leg press machine and ended with floorwork.
