Hi Everyone,

Today I did 6 rounds of another Michael Olajide jump rope workout (45 minutes).

Lisa - I agree - it's been too hot. I have barely been outside this summer due to heat (I am not a fan of anything above 25 degrees) and working practically non-stop and foolishly taking two courses at once (still trying to finish one of them :( )

Hi ladies,

Today I had 4 ladies show up and we did my Lower Body Challenge workout which was 52 minutes.

Then I did 38 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hot here too. I was at the pool for 3.5 hours yesterday it was hot but nice. I got a little red but it will turn brown in no time flat.

Today was KCM Plateau Buster #2 & Stretch.

Still hot here as well. I have been canning banana peppers. Hopefully soon I can do some chow chow.

Hey Everyone,

We still have company. Yesterday was To The Max thru the Step Tabata then a cool-down & Stretch. Today was my favorite Giant Sets UB WO. I’ll probably do something quick for LB later.

It’s hot and humid here too. We finally gave up and put our ancient window air conditioner in. Amazingly it still works! It brings the living room down to 80 degrees. I’ll take it!

Siobhan are you talking 25 centigrade? Even if you’re talking Fahrenheit I agree with you. I’m ready for a bit of wintah, as they say around here.
