Hi Ladies,

Time to get up and at 'em!

Today was AWT - I did Jari's Revved to the Extreme, complete workout skipping the 2 sections after the gorilla walks, then CLX Recharge.

I did Amy Bento's CIA Kickbox Surge and Core Training the 33 min. premix. While the temperature is comfortable the humidity got me again today. I will do weights either tomorrow or Friday.

I am so curious about both of your workouts. I'd love to know your opinions on them 'cos i've been looking at both of them.

i will be working out tonight. I think I'll be doing legs - a booty barre or squeeze because i don't feel like bending. I will add pilates of course.

CeCi.. this particular workout has some complex moves that I haven't been able to figure out but I just do something during those moves to keep my heart rate up. The other Amy workout I do it better and I can do it all. I just wanted to try this one again and of course the premix I did had all the hard moves in it. I do follow the modifier for most of this workout.
 
thanks annette. i've read that some of her moves can be a bit complex. that's the only reason why i've shied away from her. i am soooooo curious thought about KCM. I haven't bought her stuff yet but I'm thinking about it.
