Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1.0 - 4 Day Rotation: Legs- 28 min.
YT-CrossRope- Full Body Burn-Hybrid workout - 15 min.

Nora, great workout yesterday with LITE- Metabolic Blast = 42 Min
LMRE2 - PHA Cardio Fusion = 36 Min
STS Ab Circuits - Medicine Ball Abs = 10 Min Great Combination!

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I managed a 45 minute chest/shoulders/triceps workout from C&E (YT). I started with a Cathe warm-up.

nice workout this morning doing YT - 45 minute chest/shoulders/triceps workout from C&E starting with a good ole Cathe warm-up.
 
Today I did the Taebo Get Amped 32 minute workout.

Going shopping with a friend so it needed to be short and sweet.

Yesterday while the roofers were here I felt like I was in a MRI machine. Tap,tap,tap, whomp whomp, whack whack whack, buzz (of the nail or screw gun), buzz, buzz, tap tap tap, tap and so on, didn't even have a nice rhythm to it.

I am glad after 2 days they are done and we have a new roof.
