Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did TT2 - a total body workout + a 4 minute fatburner workout + my own standing weighted abs. Total workout about 50 minutes. TT2 is a lot like Rippedism re: the rest periods but it's more high low moves which I like. They are different but similar. Both sweatfests.

Elsie - moving? I hope you find somewhere you will love.

Sandy - sure sounds like you have nice life! glad you enjoyed your rest.

Henriette and Annette - great workouts. Annette - how long have you been on this thread?

Mornin' Siobhan, you are bright & early. :) Yes, we have bee planning the move for nearly three years now. DH has had some health issues which has delayed it. We are stoked about moving. You are in Calgary or Toronto?

Can I pick your brains a bit here? ;) Was wondering if any of you own or have owned KCM's Muscle Definition? I have a couple or three of her lifting workout dvds and I really click with her routines and they do wonderful things for my body strength-wise. Lately, especially! Was considering getting this one now too but wasn't certain if it's anything different/worth adding to the collection. If you do have it, do you use it as frequently as her others? I think I use her Splits most frequently, although I do switch things up just in general. lol.

be back later to check-in with my workout. Have a lovely morning/day all. As always, looking forward to reading your updates! I can't believe we are getting 22 degree (72 F) temps in April. I dunno, I think that is too warm for this time of year.

Ceci, I have been on this thread almost from the beginning. A very long time. I kinda kept it going during the lean times. Glad to see us pick new folks.

Today was Cathe's CTX Kickboxing cardio only (wanted more kicks without doing a Taebo and this worked) then went to the gym for 18 minutes on the stair machine and 45 minutes of weight work including abs.

I really hit chest and shoulders hard but got every upper body muscle group worked. The stair machine gets your legs good.

All in all very nice workout!

Hi to Elsie, Conni, Henriette and Sandy!!

Hi Ladies,

Today was Chisel Agility. Perhaps more of a mixture between agility and cardio. Fortunately no weights were used which was a relieve after yesterday. Again, mainly a really good lower body w/o. A good sweat, but not a spectacular burn. Just over 330 in just over 30min... So pretty average for most of my w/o. No dread factor, and time goes by quickly but again not super fun. So having done 7 H&C so far... That is still my view of it, good total body w/o with more focus on legs and not boring, time goes by quick enough but also not fun fun fun.

Hi girls, today I had an appointment after work to get my tax papers filled up and ready for this year soI got home at about eight. Had planned to do Low impact hiit w/o one but managed to do both w/s. Not without fighting as it is not easy for me to do interval training in the evening after a full working day. A sweat fest for sure.
Ceci I wish I had the time to cook the meals for the dogs , but I simply buy two kinds of food (Canadian brand) and mix them, sometimes with boiled rice as well.
Elsie, i do own some dvds which are not by Cathe but no Kcm, though they are on my wish list.I have read only good reviews about her as a trainer.

Thanks, Sandy .....yeah I do think I will get it as I enjoy all of her weights stuff. I asked you about the dog food, lol, just cause I have been considering doing it for my cat who has inflammatory bowel although not sure I have the time myself. ;)

Excellent workouts all! Good work on all the Hammer & Chisel you've been doing Henriette.

Today, I did a homemade KBell short pyramid workout and Slow&Heavy Shoulders, not doing as much as lateral shoulder as I felt I get a lot of this already with other workouts (circuit, kickboxing etc.)

See ya tomorrow. Have a nice evening & SLEEP !!

Elsie - I just checked my dvd collection and counted 17 KCM dvd's but not this one.

Have you checked this review:
http://2lazy4gym.com/2014/03/23/30-minutes-to-fitness-muscle-definition/

And what about youtube?

So far I have found all KCM weights dvds good, and considering most are around 10 dollars if you're lucky, you can't go all that wrong. I seem to be collecting them based on reviews and youtube clips as long as I don't pay more than 15 per dvd incl. shipping.

Thanks. :) Yeah, I always check out the clips on youtube and will go ahead and see jengolf's review that you've linked to. Excellent. That is what I really like about KCM. As soon as she releases something new, her prices of her older dvds go down. I picked up a couple from her New Year sale for 10 bucks a piece and I use them quite a bit. You have 17? Wow! Nice!
