Hi Siobhan,
Nobody showed for my class, so after talking to a young lady for an hour I finally got started.
I did 25 minutes of weight work using dumbbells and machines, then did 22 minutes on the elliptical and finished with 13 minutes of more weights doing the leg press machine and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Now I am finished.
