Good morning ladies,

Last evening: 60 minutes steady state cardio (CTX Kickbox and CTX 10 10 10 cardio only) abs and a short stretch. Had a very long day at work and didn't get hone until after 9:00and didn't start working out until somewhat after that and I feel a little off today.

This evening: Was hoping I would be up to HSTA but if I still feel off, will work upper body and throw in a Stretch Max instead.

Haven't poster here in a while but still have been working out.
Went to the gym after work: free weights and machines for upper. Did Cathe cardio later in day: IMAX2

Good morning all!

It's grey here today (yes, I know I spell grey funny - favourite too - right, Bobbi?;) ).

Last night I did MM and again managed to do one whole set of push-ups on my toes AND I was able to do the front raise/delt things - all of them. Only 15 lbs on the bar, but that's only 5 less than Cathe and crew use, so I was pretty pleased! And my SO kept sneaking into the living room to check out what I was doing. He's started working with weights again and I've been giving him some ideas for exercises, and I think he's really curious about MM:)

Tonight I think I'll do KPC. Or perhaps I'll get brave and make-up my own mish-mosh!
 
Good morning everybody! We posted check-ins at exactly the same time this morning.

I am finally feeling much better, so MM, CM, SM and then either a step tape or 60 minutes on the elliptical. After this, I will probably need to do NApMax.

Shelley, I spell grey that way too! It irks me when my spell-checker puts big red underlines under all my greys. I also spell it theatre instead of theater (spell-checker hates that one too). I guess I'm weird for US citizen. ;)

Anyway, this morning I did IMAX 3 in its entirety, but I totally cheated, so I don't deserve much praise. It was the 2nd time I've done it. The first time I had such a tough time with the footwork and I was totally tripping over my step (and I only did half of it!). So this time I did it all without the step - which really helped my with the footwork because there was nothing to trip over except my own feet. I know a lot of you are probably like "Pshaw! IMAX 3 without a step? That's cake!" Well, according to my heart rate monitor, I still burned 428 calories, and got up to 98% of my max HR, and averaged 80% of my max. It was still tough. At least for me. :) So, I am very pleased with my accomplishment this morning. :D

Nothing to report for last night.:-(

Got into a fender bender on the way home from work yesterday and spent so much time waiting for cops to come that NEVER showed up that the whole night was thrown out of whack so I didn't really have the time OR the motivation to work out. GRRR! x(

Tonight I gotta do SOMETHING! Too many days off lately!!!

Yesterday was CTX Intervals and Step and All Step with Core Max
Today is Body Max.

I need to get off my but this morning.....but I am getting ready to do S&H legs/Shoulders, S&H bicept/tricept...and stretch max 1 if I can fit it in. Then this evening walk around the neighborhood with stroller 1.5 miles.

Hi ladies,

Don't know what happened just now, but when I wanted to reply my screen went black (no joke). I closed Mozilla and restarted, it's fine now.

Anyways, did S&H shoulders this morning. Always have to go easy on the shoulder work because of my whiplash. PT says it won't cause any problems, cause the shoulders get worked in other exercises.

Anyways, studied for a couple of hours and am now on my way upstairs to do CTX-LL and the L&G ankle weight exercises.

Yesterday I did S&h triceps and biceps, ME. and 4 segments of ab hits. I feel kinda guilty that I didnt do any cardio. But today I will do legs and shoulders from the fittv that I tivod and power hour then run for 45 min on treadmill.
 
Oh Wendy! Are you ok? How bad was the damage to your car? Sorry that happened. Wrecks are so frustrating. x( I can't believe you are so far along in your pregnancy and still so dedicated to working out! YOU ROCK!


i am still sore from Monday's MM push-up torture, and i did nothing yesterday as far as cathe goes, but i did burn calories speed cleaning my house!:+

Today i am going to do cardio only, but i haven't decided which one yet. I'll let ya know;-)

Hi good morning.Suzanne I am glad because you feel better. Today is the kickbox of the CTX power circuit, the CTX 10,10,10 and the kickbox workout.After I will do the power drills of cardio kicks and TAEBO.Have a great day.

I'm fine. Not hurt at all, thank goodness. Car has damage to both bumpers but it could be FAR worse.

Have fun with whatever cardio work out you choose, Jes!

I'm probably gonna do some upper body and cardio tonight myself.

I'm sorry about your accident. I hope you get checked out anyway to make sure everything is ok. That's terrible that the cops never showed up?!?!? That's crazy. I would have been furious.

Hi Angie.

Unfortunately the fact that the cops didn't show is not a surprise considering the city that I work in (thank goodness I'm outta here soon!!!)....I must correct myself though...we actually talked to 3 different cops but none of them would help us...they all said they'd radio for another car to come...ridiculous....even worse then them not showing up at all!
