Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of about 30 minutes of Cathe Live Circuit workout. My toe is still bothering me so I stopped midway through the 5th of 6 circuits. I added on 17 minutes of Hoco instead. I hope y'all have a wonderful day!!!

oops - edit. I forgot to mention - I am loving seeing Cathe's groceries on FB. I pretty buy/eat what she does.

Good morning ladies! Wonderful workout this AM Siobhan......

I have been MIA for the last few days, having internet issues and hopefully, now, everything
is ok.

Yesterday's workouts:

Blender- "Total Body Toy Store # 2" - 46 min.
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Standing Core- 10 min.

Today's workouts:

The Firm- Slim Solutions Yoga workout dvd- 30 min.
YT-Redwoods-Cardio drumming - 20 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 103- 10 min. Rowing & Lower Body Weights AMRAP

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did one of my workouts from my class. It was called Weights, Cardio & more Weights! It was a tough 54 minutes plus I was trying to add in the moves from the Beta test I am doing for JillFit. I managed most of the moves minus the burpees and push-ups. I forgot how long the song Sandstorm is and how long the last jogging portion is in my workout,Whew!! I was huffing and puffin after that.
