Today is cardio day...I think I will do CTX Power Circuit. I also have to do some ab work as I have neglected them for the last week.

I feel like a cheerleader this morning! I did TF HiiT 20 and I feel really strong!

I also did TF Core 20 and then Amy stretch section 1.

Hi all, I had a sub job yesterday so no workout for me.

Today I did a CRUNCH circuit workout off of Exericise TV and a very short kickboxing workout also off of Exercise TV.

With subbing I am hoping to at least get workouts in on Mondays and Wednesday when I can't sub and hopefully get at least one more day in during the week to make 3 workouts minimum.

Anyway,have a great workout.:)
