Becky - I did TF 45EZ today also!! FREAK OUT!!!!
I also did CLX Extreme Abs.
Carmen - I like CLX, but I don't use it according to Chalene's rotation. I use it as a one month rotation, using all the circuits once, and I don't go nearly as heavy. Even adjusting this to my own needs, I had very good strength gains and I don't feel like I bulked up. Again, I did not go as heavy, because I do bulk easily. Having said that I really like Chalene, and I love using these workouts as a mishmosh with some cardio, since they are mostly 30-40 minutes tops..
I really love the Burn Interval ( lighter weight circuit workout ) and Burn it Off ( a Hiit workout ), as well as Ab Burner, and Extreme Abs.
Chalene does not rush you through each move and the transitions are very smooth. I had no dread factor for this series.
