DAILY CHECK IN Wednesday 31 August

I did PS shoulders, PUB Chest, PLB floorwork and All Step abs. Nice weight workout, not too long but just enough.

Temperatures are cooler today and the humidity seems to be better.

Also starting tomorrow my dh will be on vacation for 12 days, and while we aren't going anywhere we will be working on the house. Pray that we can get alot of work done on the house while he is home. He is afraid that with the impending gas prices going up that it will send the nation back into a recession and then the house prices will fall and we will not be able to convert our construction loan into a regular mortgage without losing our shirts. So the quicker we can get the house done the faster we can convert the mortgage and not lose any money.

Today I didn't want to get up, but knew I would feel guilty taking two rest days in a row, so got my a$$ out of bed. I did cardio and weights--thanks, Sandra for the suggestion. I thought if you can do it at over 8 months pregnant, what is my excuse?

I always forget that I need to wipe my bench off after the triceps segment. It is dripping wet from me lying on it and then I start the next cardio section, slip and nearly break my neck. I've done it 2 or 3 times now. Someday I'll learn

I'm dying to see the September rotation. She usually posts the new rotation pretty late at night, so I'm guessing I'll be logging on at 4:45 am tomorrow to see what is in store!

I'm thinking of ordering the P90X series, just have to figure out what I'd do for a pull-up bar.

late check in here! I went to the gym and didn't know what I was going to do until there. Today was steady state day. 30 min on the elliptical, 25 min rowing, bis, shoulders, back, & abs. I also did leg conditioning drills when I came home. Have a great day everyone!

This morning I did LowMax intervals 1-4.

Jane - Yup! Reeeal close! I'm very excited, and ready to meet my new little person! I can't believe all the ab work you tacked on after PUB y-day. That's quite a workout!

Tammy - quite the workout you have planned! Your legs will be talking to you tomorrow!

Kristine - good for you for doing what you can. You'll be back to your regular self in no time.

Becky - I salute you right back, for doing BootCamp!

Conni - you deserve a medal for finishing that rotation!

Wendy - I love the drills at the end of CK. It does keep getting harder to move this belly around, that's for sure! Hopefully, not for much longer......

Shelley - plie jacks getting easier???? Methinks you are feverish and delusional. Feel better soon!!!!

Katie - no, no shin problems from the 8" step, but definitely achy knees if I use the 8" step more than 2x a week.

Foodie Sue - so glad I could inspire you :) Your version of CW and my version are probably a bit different these days. I can relate to the post-tricep sweaty step experience. Right now I'm doing all of that kind of work on my stability ball, because I can't lie flat on my back without feeling nauseas, and about to pass out.

My DD starts kindergarten tomorrow!! I'm very excited. Good luck to everyone trying to get their kids off to school this week!!!

Did get my interval w/o done. Since I am not suppose to be doing high intensity, I only did intervals 1-5 of IMAX3 and didn't throw myself into the blasts. I then did the step combos from 6-10. Not a bad cardio w/o. I am afraid of losing my cardio endurance if completely cut out interval work so I'm trying to compromise a little.
