Daily Check-In Wednesday, 3/30

Good Morning!

Today Low Impact Cardio Blast Timesaver is on the rotation. I only have the downloaded version which don't have premixes and I can't find a breakdown of the premixes so I can make my own using the workout blender :mad: REALLY?? A breakdown of all the premixes would be most helpful.

Ssssooooo, I am going to do S90 Tabata Inferno because I love that workout so much :) I also have to add in some ab work.

I must get moving. Hope everyone has a good day...I'll check back later.

Sheesh...the weather is on now and we may get a major snowstorm Thursday nite...YIKES!!
 
Good morning everyone! I just did A.M. Yoga and feel energized. Tonight after work I'm going to do the Zumba/fitclub class. its 30 minutes of Zumba and 60 min of boot camp style workouts and cardio. I havent been since the instructor had a problem that I brought tubing instead of hand weights some time ago...remember that? sheeesh!

Hey ladies I'm selling a four night stay vacation at my timeshare. Its scheduled for July 12 to July 16th at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Point (Bonita/Estero Florida). I'm not going to be able to go....I will sell it to you really, really cheap you just need to get yourself there (airfare, drive). I think during that time airfare here is cheaper because that's in our hurricane season, except there will be no hurricanes then :eek:. I like Tabata more anyways!!

Today was S90 Chest, Shoulders and Tri's, then Tracey's Glute Camp floorwork, abs, and stretch.

Hi all,

I did selected dumbbell work off of the Gym Style workouts for all of upper body. Nice workout I hadn't done just a weight workout in a very long time. I should be sore tomorrow. No workout for me tomorrow I have a sub job all day in a 6th grade classroom.

Hello, I did S90 Cardio Challenge today...Wheeee, finally got a workout in!

This afternoon it's two sets of: 10 pull ups, 20 push-ups, 30 seconds burpees, 100 kettlebell swings w/25 lb weight.

Snow????? Eeeek!
