Goood Morning ladies,
Son no 1 did PlyoX yesterday and was totally wiped out... he was like a zombie this morning complaining about his legs}( Loved it. I'm a bad mum, I know. After doing L&G with me once, he considers me to be an alien or a robot. Son no. 2 wanted to do core with me yesterday. Now he has a six pack and I have a two pack, barely noticeable with all the flab on top. So he thinks his' are stronger than mine. Boy did he regret that. We did abs of off PS, he couldn't do it :+ I've again proven that mums are superior }(
Well, since my new Hardcores arrived yesterday afternoon I did GS Legs this morning. I could handle the same weight or more as Cathe in the standing exercises, but did she kick my butt with that ball / band work. The green band was too light on the leg press (really had to shorten it and I still didn't feel it) and the glute tucks (with one leg in the air), but the rest of it.... Better practice before I take my sons on for this one
