Anyways, did 30 minutes of IMax2 (1-2-4-6-10) and added PS back and biceps plus abs.

Still deciding whether I should start looking for a more fun job.

Hi Kali,

Just started a new job on Monday in an all male environment. But my colleagues don't speak to eachother, unless it's business related like maybe two / three times a day.

Believe me, no fun!! And I'm one of those people that absolutely needs to enjoy themselves, even at work, cause I'm spending at least 8 hours there.

Yesterday was my rest day but did do StretchMax #1. I was so tight... I need more stretching!!

Today is interval day and right now I'm feeling like KickMax. I want to incorporate more resistance/endurance training into my regimen, so the leg conditioning drills at the end with fit the bill for this today.

Hey Wendy! No. I've switched to Freestyle. Decided to take the plunge. I'm going to use my Cathe workouts as much as I possibly can though.

Good morning everybody!

August Rotation did call out for High Step Challenge plus the High Intensity Drills form Kickmax. I did the High Step but I am not sure if I will have time to do the Intensity Drills :(

I am a little tired today and it is a busy week. My husband's birthday is on Friday :) and I planned him a suprise party :7 :+
I can't wait to see his face }(

This mornings workout was the step portion of AllStep, and my first time ever doing Leaner Legs!!!! OMG Now I know what you all have been talking about!! }( It's a LEG FRYER!!!! I know I'll have DOMS from that one!!!
I sure hate those low ends and sit and stands, but I know they work!! Gotta do 'em !!:p

My daughters wedding is Saturday, my sister and her husband are coming in from Colorado tomorrow and I have TONS to do, so I better SCOOT!!! ;-) Have a great day everyone!!!

This morning was IMAX. Whew, what a toughie! However, it's getting easier for me. Not easy, but easier. Maybe next time I can increase my step height. :)

Kali...good workout. That upper body in Bodymax is short but still feels tough to me. I have always liked the shoulder part the best!

Wendy..do you have a favorite CTX cardio?

Jane...I need to do theose leg conditioning drills more often...the realy do burn...

Kristine...you'll have to tell us all about the surprise party!! Those are very fun...

Sandra...pull-ups are such an effective exercise. Not many women can do as many as men but I do mine assisted with a chair and it still can cause DOMS!...

I am doing a ciruit with Ciruit Max and then Supersets during the weight segments of CM. Should make it about an 80 min workout...

I did Lowmax last night. Got up this morning and did the abs from KPC and tonight, I'm doing a Hardcore Extreme workout, but since I don't actually HAVE Hardcore Extreme, I'll just have to keep changing disks!
 
I am going to do the august 05 workout scheduled for today. I have to sub a workout for stepworks hough and I am looking for ideas on what to use. Stepblast or rythmic step...any ideas. Also today I think I feel good enough to try charlottes crunch routine!

Good Morning Fit Ladies,

This morning I did Step Blast for the first time and the step segment of SJP, it was a nice cardio workout. I don't think Cathe has a workout without blasts, even MIC has a blast, that is Cathe.

Morning Everyone,

Today is one of the mish moshes Cathe has on the Aug05 rotation.
100 toe touches, 100 burpees (squat thrusts), jog in place for 5 minutes, 100 jumping jacks, 100 alternating front lunges, low pulsing hover squats for 2 minutes, jump rope for 5 minutes, 50 push ups, 400 sit ups. REPEAT x(

This should be interesting.

DD's eyebrows turned out really nice and she is happy. :) What more can a mother wish for.

I did PS Shoulders and PLB calves and floorwork for today's workout. Decided to not do any cardio today I will do that tomorrow!! It has cooled off here today so it is a nice day!!:7
 
Morning ladies. Today was ME and I am fried!!! I went up in ALL my weights today. I thought I was going to die at the end of the bicep curls. This is the first time I have put 45 lbs on my barbell, so it is a monumental moment for me. Boy, those low ends with 45 lbs is NOT fun!!!:)

G'day everyone!

I did RS warm up and MIC step. Good little workout.

Man, did I have a bad sleep last night. Baby was going bizarre in my belly. She spent a good part of the night playing soccer with my lungs, gallbladder, stomach and diaphragm. And her little fists were using my bladder as a punching bag. Honestly, have these creatures no respect for their mothers? :D I think her feet are planted against my internal organs and she intends to launch herself out of my body.

Carole - I love your circuit/superset max workout idea! I'm busy taking notes for future reference. Tell me how it goes, please.

Terri - IMO Step Blast is the best sub for Step Works. SW has a number of blasts scattered throughout, which RS doesn't really have.

Katie - awesome work on ME! So, what weight did you actually use for the biceps?
