Hi Ladies!

Well, I got the news series so I tried Higher Intensity Step y'day. BAD MOVE! LOL I was sooo confused. I eventually gave up. I think I only got maybe 15 minutes in. Y'day was a bad eating day to boot so I wasn't happy. It's not like I even had the time to do something else as I was already running late. I am going to have to work on HIS slowly....

Today the plan is for chest and back and kickbox from the new series. I hear the kickbox is fun and I love working chest and back so it should be all good today!:)

What's everyone else up to?

Good Morning Glories!!!

Rest day for me as I have a hair appointment after work and I just can't get rid of this cold x( I got my new Cathe's and BBC, but they didn't arrive until well after 6 pm last nite.

I still plan on finishing my current rotation and I had plans of doing the August 07 rotation next, but I want to preview all my new toys before I commit.

Wendy ~ How is your cold? What kind of BBC rotation did you do?

I like it! There is a bit of a learning curve, but that is fine. I would be bored if there wasn't! In the WU, Cathe does the hip hop off the step just like we did on the RT! There are couple of cross over the board moves that I need to work on. I didn't like that the music was not familiar. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't motivate me. My shoulders are fried from the weight work. The first round is pyramid up style using 4 different weights. The exercise is seated overhead presses. I used 5,8,10 and 12. I couldn't go to 15. I think there are 3 more rounds(not positive) of shoulder exercises. You will need the high step, various DB's and the band. The calve work is not too exiting. It's the usual lifts except you turn your toes either in or out to work different muscle sides. The core work is good - different areas are worked with bicycle maneuver, crunches, lifts and yes...planks.

I think I will do the cardio again tomorrow and add some of LM. Since I am still learning the new cardio alone is not raising my heart rate enough.

I dont' have my new workouts yet, they come today. Rotation calls for 60 minutes of step, so I am going to do step only from LIC and LM.:7

Can't wait to get the new workouts in my grubby little hands!!:7

Simply sleep let me sleep last night, and I feel almost human again!:eek: :D

Hi everyone,

Still waiting on my shipping notice, but that is okay, after a month or so it won't matter when these vids came at all. So, I will be patient.

Today was Amy's Hi/Lo Extreme in full ( happy dance for me ) and Amy's Ab section 2. After doing B & G yesterday I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I did.

Morning everyone...

Not sure what I'll do today. I really want to try out the new step workouts. Woke up this morning and flipped over in bed wrong and had a bad case of vertigo. Was an hour late starting work but at least the room isn't spinning anymore. Can't move my head around too much though.

I'll check in later.....
 
Hi all,

Keeping with my plan for the week I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today. I really feel that workout in my triceps.
