Hi Ladies!
Well, I got the news series so I tried Higher Intensity Step y'day. BAD MOVE! LOL I was sooo confused. I eventually gave up. I think I only got maybe 15 minutes in. Y'day was a bad eating day to boot so I wasn't happy. It's not like I even had the time to do something else as I was already running late. I am going to have to work on HIS slowly....
Today the plan is for chest and back and kickbox from the new series. I hear the kickbox is fun and I love working chest and back so it should be all good today!
