I am with you guys on the 90 minute thing. I just don't have that time luxury to do the whole thing. I like the bootcamp and cardio and weights premixes the best on BM2.
Off day on the rotation - I did the Bonus Combo from ME/BC. Killer workout, but fun!
I used my rebounder for all the cardio drills.
