Oh dear, I hope there aren't' any more sleep issues today.:(

I'm trying to get started a little earlier today as BM2 is my choice. Hopefully, I'll get through the whole thing, but I know I've lost a little endurance lately.

It's RAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek::D We haven't had rain in forEVER , so this is GOOD! We need it badly !

Today is BBC arms and abs and TM.

Phyllis, how is your supplement helping ?
I think I will always have sleep issues. I did sleep last night but just not long enough again. Between 4 and 5 hours.

Good luck with BM2. I LOVE that workout, but admit I don't usually do the whole thing at once .

Today is DM cardio, I think I will do scrambled cardio.

Phyllis ~ Hope you get thru BM2. I usually do a premix of that workout, 90 min is to long for me

scrambled cardio at first it looked like scrambled eggs to me but then again I'm still getting up. Have a good time with it.


I'm avoiding a cat clean up and ugh not a nice way to start my day. :confused:

So I need to get started here.

I am with you guys on the 90 minute thing. I just don't have that time luxury to do the whole thing. I like the bootcamp and cardio and weights premixes the best on BM2.

Off day on the rotation - I did the Bonus Combo from ME/BC. Killer workout, but fun!
I used my rebounder for all the cardio drills.

Arms and Abs is done and also the TM workout, which is SHORT but intense ......I added more time for a total 35 of hills, jogging , hills, speed walking and lunges (yes, on the TM) and slow walking backwards ! A cardio PLUS leg workout !:eek: Me-Oh-MY !!!!:eek:

Hi everybody,

I did PUB warm up and up only for shoulders then I did 2 mi. of the 3 Mile Power Walk for my cardio. And I was coughing like crazy,sigh.

The doctor is sending me to Physical Therapy for my vertigo, I pray that is helps.
