Today is TS #3, which I think is step and back/core.

I'm back in my insomnia mode.....so working on very little sleep.:confused: I need a sleepy icon!!

Well, I didn't do the calf section of that premix. I was a little short on time and i wanted to get abs and pushups in.

Tammy, at least you can turn your day around with RS:)

Becky, I'm trying a new supplement that i saw in Walgreens that is supposed to help with night sweats and insomnia. I'll keep you posted. It has black cohosh and some other herbs and vitamins

Oh, did anyone look at Cathe's new rotation? It has potential. I'll look at it more closely and decide.

Hi everyone!!

I like the look of the new October rotation. I don't have SH, so I am going to get creative, but I think I will start this one tomorrow, subbing the GS for the SH where I can.


Today was Christi Totally Hot Cardio and Ab hits.

I had to DRAG myself into the workout room and FORCE myself to workout this morning ! ughhh
but I'm glad I did.

I subbed itread 21 for step and did biceps and part of the core. We just did the same core yesterday (didn't we Deanie??), so I didn't do it all . Just don't normally work abs two days in a row.

Phyllis, I hope the suppliment helps you and yes, I'm interested !!!
I am taking L-theanine right now (200mg at bedtime) but so far, it doesn't seem to be doing much.
Next on my list to try is timed released melatonin.
I am getting desperate for sleep!!!:confused:
I get about 4 hours a night most nights and that is NOT enough !!:(

Today I'm making applesauce and who knows what else to use some of the apples we got at the festival Saturday.

I did 25 min. of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox today. My youngest was upset that I was working out instead of schooling him so I stopped early. At least it was something.

I had planned on doing shoulders too but I guess that will have to wait. sigh.
