Oh wow ! I forgot to even look for an October rotation !

DRAG myself into the workout room and
FORCE myself to workout this morning ! ughhh
but I'm glad I did.
I subbed itread 21 for step and did biceps and part of the core. We just did the same core yesterday (didn't we Deanie??), so I didn't do it all . Just don't normally work abs two days in a row.

I am taking L-theanine right now (200mg at bedtime) but so far, it doesn't seem to be doing much.
Next on my list to try is timed released melatonin.
I am getting desperate for sleep!!!

I get about 4 hours a night most nights and that is NOT enough !!
Today I'm making applesauce and who knows what else to use some of the apples we got at the festival Saturday.
