G'morning all! Rain, rain and more rain here - at least it's not cold!

I'm still following Cathe's timesaver rotation and today was the upper body work from BM2 with abs and stretch. Short, sweet and to the point - just how I like it!

Hi Phyllis - our rain is going to change to snow tonight, hopefully not too much, though.

I am on the same rotation, but a generic version. I did Cathe's 4 DS Upper body weights premix and the LIS core section. The BM 2 upper body is too short for me, and the double one gets tedious. I get tired of hearing her say the same things again..:confused:

I did the same as you Phyllis. Stuck to the rotation, loving the short & sweet today :)

but Connie that was a great sub !

Thunderstorms last night........55 this morning but dropping all day into the 20's. yuck!
 
Frustrated that I didn't get a workout in yesterday, and my weight is a mess, hoping it is my cycle trying to start. But I managed to get in Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox intervals and combinations 1-4 plus the cooldown, 52 min. worth. Felt good to workout since I missed yesterday.

We had snow last night but it turned to rain and now is almost gone again.

Hi All!

Late check-in for me today. We had a snowstorm this morning. My 8 minute commute to work took 30 minutes :confused:

I did CC#6 (Candace's version) this morning...felt good!:D

Annette~ Good workout! I'm with you on the weight misery :(

Becky~ I could go for 55's! I'm doing the same rotation, but subbed today's workout for a run.

Conni~ Good sub work as always. I don't think I've tried that premix.

Phyllis~ I'm all about shorter workouts these days myself ;)
