Good morning Ladies - I'm feeling good today!!! Must be cuz my boss has been out of the office for a couple of days now ;)

Today is my favorite 90 min workout; 30 min Zumba (going to try my new hip scarf tonight); and 60 fit club (its a boot camp workout).

Its cold here in SWF.

Hi all,

Sorry I have been MIA but I have been subbing everyday since Friday at the same school (different teachers) and I have a half day job today at another school. So I haven't been getting my workouts in. My head is much better, not 100% yet but pain free just have the numbing sensation most of the time.

Not sure if I updated after the MRI and neurologist appts. but I have a slight bulging disk at C2-C3 that is bulging to the left and pinching off the nerve causing the pain. I have another bulging disk at C6-C7 but it is a medial bulge not causing any problems. I am to stay on the Lyrica till I am symptom free and then wean off of it.

Anyway I might have said all that before so I apologize if I have.

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing workout for my workout today.

I have a half day sub job this afternoon.

I enjoyed zumba and fit club tonight exxcept at the end of class teacher called me out because I brought resistance tubing instead of hand weights to class. :(

I got to stop being such a show off!
