Cardio Fusion premix #3 for me today. I'm hoping it will warm me up! This is the worst part about the cold - waking up and being cold from the get go.:(

Phyllis~ I hear you- I have a small space heater in my basement where I work out. sometimes if its really cold, I'll turn it on till I warm up with my workout.

I woke up yesterday with some sinus congestion and didn't think anything of it. Well, I woke up with a cold :mad: I may or may not do LIS after work, I'll see how I feel.

Phyllis ~ It is so hard to get up every morning in the dark and leave that nice warm bed, isn't it?

Deanie ~ i have a space heater in my basement I do the same thing.

Never did get my workout in yesterday so I'm going to attempt to makeup yesterday's KBWay2 with today's cardio which is one of my itreads.

Phyllis - I'm with you on getting up cold not fun. My alarm woke me at 4 and what did I do? Rolled over and shut it off -ugh. lol

Deanie- Thats a great idea with the space heater in your workout area. I have the fireplace in my workout area so I may just need to try it out. Turn it on for a few minutes just to get the chill out of the air.

Tammy - Sorry to hear you got the cold bug. Hope you feel better. Have you tried Airborne? Last week I was feeling the beginnings of a cold that my son brought home and started bombarding myself with that stuff - so far so good.

Good Morning Girls!

I went to the dr. yesterday and got an antibiotic and decongestant.
Finally, maybe I'll get rid of this !!!

I did a 30 min. intermediate UB workout yesterday & am SORE today !
YIKES!:( It's scary how quickly you lose ground when you can't workout !!!!

Today I'll probably do a short LB workout. Not ready for cardio quite yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Tammy, I hope you feel better !!!! I second the idea of Airborne. I like Immune Fizz or Emergen-C too.

Hi everyone,

I am glad got some meds, Becky, now you are going to be over this thing for once and for all!

Today was a yoga day - I don't do the yoga thing, so I did Squeeze Stronger. Yowchie! My legs are talking to me!!

Hi again ! :)

I did the stability ball section and part of the medicine ball section from All About Legs (Mindy Mylrea), and Legs with no equipment from Strength Toolbox. Was 45 min. with w/p and c/d .

That felt GOOD after so much laying around !!!

Hi all, I am done earlier today with my workout. I did Cardio Kicks today, the whole workout. My weight dropped some overnight but I still need it to drop more, I think evidently this past week with Thanksgiving and missing Saturday's workout really messed me up. But I seem to be back on the right track again.

Tammy I hope you feel better and thanks for being concerned about me, I usually check the forum even if I don't post a workout so I am here just not necessarily posting if I didn't get a workout in that day.
 
I ended up doing LIS, felt better as the day went on. I have been taking Zicam since yesterday and hopefully this cold will be short lived.

Annette ~ Good job! Those extra pounds will be gone in no time.

Vilma ~ How is KBW#2? I haven't had a chance to do it yet. Do you need two KB's?

Becky ~ Glad to year you are on the road to recovery now.

Conni ~ hope your legs aren't swearing at you!!!
