No pranks were played on me yesterday! That's just fine with me!

PS legs and abs today.

Does anyone get Womens Health magazine? There was an article about how to trick your brain into letting you do fitness moves for longer periods of time. The article claimed that your mind sends signals to your body to stop exercising because it thinks that it might be bad for you only because it's something new. You can do isometric excersicises to give your brain a "been there done that" kind of feeling so that it lets your body go longer during regular stuff. Make sense? Sounds interesting to me.

Today I'm subbing an iTread or CC for LIS, but still doing shoulders/calves & core from 4DS.

Short night for me too Becky... *sigh* Interesting article Phyllis. That makes sense.

Today I'm subbing an outside walk for LIS (sunny and mild today before rain setting in for about four days straight) then shoulders/calves/core from 4DS.

No tricks on me yesterday either except yesterday morning on the early news when the weather was on, the weatherman put up a graphic with the day's weather... it said 32 degrees by late afternoon and snow!!! I did a doubletake!! Then he changed the graphic, sunny and 73!!! April Fools! LOL....

No tricks on me yesterday either, but my older DS(11) told me some of the things the kids were doing at school!:)

Today was PLB--for me, the floorwork is harder than the weight work!}(

Phyllis~ wish I knew about the article when I was doing the outer leg lifts on the ball just now!LOL :)

Becky~ sorry you had a short nights sleep!

Hi everyone,

I am probably passing on Cathe's rotation for this month, I am leaning towards a version of June 07 rotation.
On that note I did L & G today, along with the Stability ball section from B & G.

I KNOW what you mean - good lordy the floor work is intense and the outer leg lifts were killer on that ball - I ended up pushing the ball to the side when it was time to switch legs - they were shaking and it was a big owie lmbo

I also did Core Max #1 those levitation moves I still can't get my legs up like them - sheesh is there a trick I don't know about? Oy!

try putting your legs in lotus position-- that helps me.:)

and I know exactly what you mean about the outer leg lifts. I usually do the same with the ball, but today was a personal best for me, and I didn't have to push the ball away:7 :7
 
Phyllis, I think you already have the mastered in your signature statement, LOL!!

I did the Fat Blasting Cardio (taebo) with weighted gloves on today for my cardio.

Oh and if anybody feels led to pray, my father fell and broke his pelvis yesterday and is in the hospital in NH where he lives now.

Good Afternoon!

Late check in for me...today was LB. It was supposed to be abs too, but I was too tired to do them. I was diagnosed w/high blood pressure last week and my doc put me on meds and they are really taking a toll on my energy levels...all I want to do after work is go to sleep x(

My oldest son's birthday was April Fool's Day...poor kid ;)

Deanie ~ I also find floorwork harder than weight work...well, except for stationary lunges...I HATE those!
