Does anyone get Womens Health magazine? There was an article about how to trick your brain into letting you do fitness moves for longer periods of time. The article claimed that your mind sends signals to your body to stop exercising because it thinks that it might be bad for you only because it's something new. You can do isometric excersicises to give your brain a "been there done that" kind of feeling so that it lets your body go longer during regular stuff. Make sense? Sounds interesting to me.
