Evening everyone!

I think I'm getting stronger with this rotation! I was able to complete all concentrated curls with 15# DBs! I also did CC #2 revised, first time doing this one, very nice 40 minute run. The rotation called for SS but I wanted to do CC today, so interval it was.

Phyllis - what a great idea! I must find stuffed dumbbells now!

Tammy - I still have the iBallet workout on my list to get. That sounds like one tough leg workout you put together today.

Vilma- I'll let you know how I like Power Strike. Glad the little one is feeling better.

Becky - we are getting stronger with this rotation aren't we? I decided to push the limit with weight selections on this rotation and it is paying off. Looks like it is for you and Phyllis too!


Annette - WOOHOO on the weight loss... I think I found your two pounds though!
