Good morning fitness folks... back to work for me today but slept like a log last night (from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.) WOOHOO.

Tammy - not sure if Becky will be posting today, I heard from her last night and she has a migraine, poor thing.

I use Cathe's workouts exclusively following her monthly rotations and give myself Saturday and Sundays off as rest days but with the warm weather I usually go out on long walks on those days.

So where does that fit into those questions - I don't sit at a desk all day long but I'm also not running around or standing all day - this is confusing me.<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Your workouts are calculated only with activity points and doesn't count when you are doing the "daily life" questionnaire. When figuring your lifestyle, just pick the one that fits you most of the time. Mine, unfortunately, is easy to figure because I sit on my rump all day (I'm a medical transcriptionist), so that gives the lowest possible points for this question. When I workout, I add back in those activity points for that day. HTH



Today is KPC for me. My DOMS is gone from MIS and Kenpo from a few days ago so I'm ready to make some more!}(

LOL Phyllis! Yes I'm sure. I'm not confused anymore! I am actually going to put off starting week 12 for a couple of days so that I can start it on Monday. That way there is no chance for any further confusion! LOL :p
 
Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today is UB day, so I'm probably going to do either CTX UB split or BM#2 double UB premix. It's also AB day. I still have DOMS in my hamstrings and inner thighs from PLB on Monday!

Phyllis: Enjoy your rest day and I hope your office warms up soon.

Today was supposed to be PH, but I subbed SS Tear it Up instead, I wanted a longer workout ( 80 minutes ), and I am really getting back into the high rep stuff.

Hi all, I have DOMS from my workout yesterday which is a good thing.

Today I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Workout (taebo) with weighted gloves on.

My interview went well, and I am awaiting a call back with an offer of a job. Continue to pray all goes well with this, thanks.
 
Good Wednesday to all!

Had to do some early morning running around town and was not able to get in my workout until I came back but I did it.

Actually today's rotation had a 40 min. run on schedule.

Thanks to Tammy's post last night I was able to download an itread workout which I just finished doing - all I can say is WOW!

Working out to one of those mp3's has opened my eyes to what I had been missing - my treadmill felt like a totally different animal today! Granted my hubby has his mp3 player for when he goes to the gym and my daughter's Ipod mini was stolen from her purse about 3 weeks ago from school so I just set up my laptop with the speakers turned up all the way.

I downloaded the itread set 2 40 min. workout; when I heard it last night it did not impress but when I used it and followed the cues on my 'mill - Whoa!

I was happily drenched in sweat when I was done - I followed the walkers/ joggers cues intermittently and then finished with one of Cathe's total body stretch workouts.

It's too bad I can't find a CC one just to see the difference between the two but I must say I can no longer look at my 'mill and workout without a guided workout to run on. I will surely get more in the future :) What other itread's are good?

Thanks for that clarification on the WW questionaire, now it makes more sense to me.
Boy I would've loved to go to sleep at 8 pm any night but I usually don't go to bed until about 11pm esp. last night when I needed to pick up my daughter from work. My day's start at 5am.

Well, I did PLB for the first time this morning and loved it...I think my rear will be thanking me (or not ) tomorrow! One thing I am learning...I need to go buy some more weights so I have a bigger range!
