Good morning!

My sleeping sickness has abated for at least one morning. I woke up at 10 til 3 and finally got up about 20 til 4. I'm wide awake.

Today is MM. I haven't been switching between LB rotations as I'm really liking the August LB Solution Rotation.

Today I will be doing B&G LB Premix and 200 walking lunges.

I slept last night ! Oh happy day!:7

Today is S&H chest and back and while it's not my favorite, I feel I have the energy for it !!!

Heather, thanks for the tip. What dose and when do you take the L-theanine?

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are all having good mornings, so far.

Today was Marcus Step Tools, which I just got in a trade. Great workout. He is a little less intense, but I just bumped up the step to 8 inches and things work out nicely. I also did Coremax 1.

I will get some pics up soon. We had 3 digital cameras and several disposable ones, so I have to weed through the photos.

I'm planning on teh August LBS rotation for now. I've been neglecting LB work for awhile. I'll start with BM2 today. I will miss the upper stuff, so we'll see how long I stick with it.

I'm taking DS back to college today. It was wonderful having him with us this past week.

Anette, I have no ideas for your sleep problem. I encounter it also, but not as bad as you. What happened to the days when I could sleep anywhere, anytime?

Hi gals,

I did PUB up only premix then did PLB floorwork and abs off of Body Max and partial abs off of MIS, my side (ribcage)started to hurt so I had to stop those abs early. But all in all it was a good workout.

Maybe slept a little better last night and am trying to get up earlier so I can be more tired at night. This weekend shift work I think is what is wreaking havoc on my system. I am not as young as I used to be,LOL!!:eek: :p
