It's the first day of school here....

Hi Everyone,

I've been MIA as I was in ottawa helping my daughter move.

Today I did daily burn - chest/back + a kickboxing cardio workout. I am going to like fit split cos i've been doing just that lately - cardio and a couple of body parts for training.

Elsie - I read about your cat. I am so sorry. Big hugs to you my friend. I wish that your grief is gentle.

See you all tomorrow. I hope you all squeeze in a workout of sorts today.

Must have been exciting getting your daughter set up. Is your younger daughter excited for when it's her turn? How much younger is she?

Today I did KCM Strength & Stamina legs only premix followed by the bonus Barre on Xtrain legs.

Hi ladies! Great workouts! Today was Legs and glutes (from Kick punch and crunch). I really love some of Cathes earlier stuff! How are your legs feeling Henriette? It must be tricky doing leg work while pregnant. I remember my balance being off. Siobhan, I hope your daughter isn't too far away. I cried when my daughter moved out. Then again, menopause makes me cry all the time. Have a great day everyone. Hugs to you Elsie.

Still no workout cuz hubby is still off work. He goes back tomorrow and I will teach my class tomorrow morning. We just had a good thunder boomer go through, lots of wind and rain.

I had errands and didn't up doing anything but managed to burn 700 active calories. I'll probably run during lunch tomorrow.
