Good Tuesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Rippedism tris/bis + cardio intervals and added on ICE Bootcamp blizzard blast + mm - 2 rounds.

Henriette - sorry you are not feeling well. that's a bummer not knowing what the root cause is

time for some of us :) I wish I could work out in the AM, but it just doesn't work for me......Henriette, I hope you get everything all
figured out.... so you can resume your normal workout activities.......Everyone have a glorious day....
 
Sorry Henriette that it is taking more time to get yourself looked at. Praying it all gets worked out.

Today I did KCM Stepboxing premix workout 1 with drills for 41 minutes. I actually added some kicks during the step portion so I got a good workout. I did this workout without the step and Kelly has a modifier who does it all off the step.

Hello to all again! Another work day done! I hope to do a Blender RWH mix of chest, shoulders & triceps
W/ abs & finishers tonight, abt a 30 min mix. Have a good evening .
