Today's workouts:

YT-LiveFitness- Full Body Weight Plate workout - 27 min.
STS 2-Total Body Stretch- 25 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe STS Meso 2 for biceps and back (I did not do the deadlifts) - 35 minutes
Oliver Sjostrom cardio - 15 minutes
Midas MVMT biceps for 6 minutes

I stretched during Cathe's 1 minute rests. Meso 2 week 4 is all drop sets which I love!

Great workout today Linda. You got in a nice long stretch.
Nora - Chiseled Upper Body - is that a RWH workout? If so, those are tough and always hold some dread for me
Annette - Sorry about the gym. I am sure you were really looking forward to going back and I bet people have noticed you missing

Well, no vehicle again. So I did a 20 minute Taebo from YouTube. Hoping to go to the gym later after hubby gets home.

Despite not going to gym today w/DH taking your car youdid get in a great workout with:

YT- Taebo = 20 Min Wow! that so cool there's a short Taebo offering, Nice! Maybe you can get in a gym workout later, fingeres crossed;) Enjoy your Tuesday:)

Hi ladies, yes I made it to a very crowded gym and managed to do a 50 minute total body weight workout using a barbell, machines for back and leg press, and dumbbells ending with floorwork and a stretch.

Glad I got it in, whew!
 
Hi ladies, Just a quick update DH called and wanted me to go with him after work to run a couple of errands so I had to cut my workout short an d skip my Bike workout.
