Good Morning everyone,

Today I did Daily Burn - arms + a 10 minutes weighted cardio workout. I have really cut my workouts short from a year ago. I used to do a solid hour in the morning - now I barely get in 40 minutes. When the basement flooded, it knocked me off my routine and I haven't gotten back to starting earlier. oh well.

Ok - question of the day:
What is your favourite time of day?
- I love the mornings - especially when everyone is asleep and I am up bright and early. My favourite morning is Sunday morning. That said, I also love bedtime! I have a foam mattress and it's Ahmaaaaaaazing.

Is this what we have agreed to do?

Favorite time of the day? Hmm.....I guess early morning would be mine as well. I get up early and once I get just about ready for work, etc.
I get on my computer and get into something else and it's a less stressful time of the day. and I agree, Sunday morning would be my
favorite too.
 
Hello Linda and Siobahn! Well I'm not a morning person at all! However I love the quiet serenity of the morning. If I'm home, I'll sit in the kitchen sipping my coffee, looking into the back yard and see deer hanging out. I also think my favorite time of day is BEDTIME. I get to relax, read and hopefully sleep.

Is anyone else super excited that the new season of "This is us" is starting this week?

Anyway, today I did a bit of Linda Woolridges sweat series. It was ok but all those friggin pulses kill me! I feel an intense cardio coming up so I can set things straight again. That always seem to do it for me. Have a great day everyone.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical machine and 13 minutes on the stair machine. Then I came home and did 20 minutes of my kickbox routine for tomorrow's class. I am done[emoji3].

Can't say mornings are my thing, never have been a morning person. Maybe mid day, noonish, I love the sun .

I lost more weight yesterday so my weight loss is officially 39 pounds so far.

Hi ladies,

Tonight I did 4DS kickbox warmup followed by the 5 rounds of legs strength. Another great premix that I have never done before. Well it didn't exist as a premix, but I will call it that. Aiming for 30-45min workouts is making me use my dvds completely differently.

Tough question of the day!

I am also not really a morning person, but I am also not a night owl.

During the week I love my evenings where I see my loved ones and spend time doing all things I love: workout, Netflix &a crochet & reading.

Sunday mornings are also lovely especially if there is nowhere I have to be, just a slow morning with a big cup of tea and a good book followed a bit later by a workout.

Evening and I have to go for training at work earlier than usual, tomorrow, so might not get to check in till later

I ran 3 miles this evening.

My favorite time of the day is bedtime. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but at night, when I go to bed, my husband puts his arms around me and we kiss and cuddle, and I fall asleep in his arms. It feels so good. It's my favorite time of the day.
 
I didn't think I could do it, but I was able to get in a short 20 min. Push Pull Leg blender workout. Glad I was able
To squeeze at least a short workout in this evening.

I really, really "enjoy" ;) these too! I do roll out my psoas and quads beforehand though cause as with any high rep barre...ish routine, I do stiffen up often. Just like Cathe Turbo Barre!
Today I did KCM Pump w-o from Cardio Pump & added a Fitness Blender cool down.

Ceci: You consistently get in a solid's day workout......length isn't everything right?! In fact, I have been getting a lot out of shortening my own workouts.
Linda: Best of luck with your training tomorrow. Excellent workout too!! Great get to know us idea, btw.
Annette: You spend so much of your days tweaking and practicing your routines .....your 'students' must love you for it!! Congrats on reaching your weight loss goals!
Peg: No, I do not watch that show. My SIL really likes it though ....she said I would probably like it, so I ought to give it a go. I'm afraid cause it looks emotionally draining ....lol. We are enjoying The Detectorists on Netflix right now which is a sweet little show. Nothing really serious. I also like a lot of the Norwegian crime shows that are on Netflix ....those can be quite serious. Oh, and Endeavor on PBS .....love that one.
Missy: Awww, that is very sweet and romantic. Re-connecting with people after a day of many external stressors (good & bad) feels just about right.
Henriette: Hope your obliques aren't as sore today and everything is feeling good for you! Yes, love finding a new-to-me premix that is fun!!

My fave time of day? I'd have to say the dead of night around 3:30 pm. This is when I come up with creative ideas and I guess I like being on my own. I also find a lot of joy just at dawn when the birds are chirping and the nocturnal animals are scurrying back to their beds. I have never been a very active morning person, though. Even as a kid.
