Hi gals,

Today I did a 60 minute Taebo workout at home. I was a sweaty mess because of all the humidity due to the rain.

After taking son to work, I went to the gym and did an hour of heavy dumbbell work for upper body using the pyramid style up only. Then I did floorwork abs.

I will hit legs tomorrow after my class.

Hi! I’m here. Better late than never.

I did Body Max 2. The first section on a 6”, the power section on a 4”. I only did 8 minutes of the upper body, then I realized how late it was and I stopped to fix dinner. I’ll finish it tomorrow.

I got my husband to bring the bike rack up from the garage so I can go to the bike park tomorrow. I’d like to do a nice long ride. To see what I’m capable of.

I had a little hiatus- this was my first workout in 3 days. No excuses, just lazy and telling myself it was OK.
Today I did Plyo HIIT 1- felt good to be back.
