Hi gals,

Today I am actually sore from all the punches I did yesterday in my class[emoji23].

So today I did the warm up and punches and kicks off of Powerstrikes then did the 4 combos and the stretch off of Cathe's Kick Max. So 54 minutes total of kickbox between the two workouts.

I am only going to do the plank challenge at the gym where I can use a mat for my elbows.

Hi Annette and all to follow,

I have missed the check-ins Sunday and yesterday.
Sunday we were gone from 7-16.30 with the tournament and I had a splitting headache by the time we got back. Yesterday I was not feeling great (again my stomach) so at night I relaxed instead of doing my w/o.

Today I got back to my w/o... Did BB Build Legs. Great as always, although going heavier may have put extra strain on my back... Or else I have just had real bad posture behind my pc today.

It's still way too hot here. Above 30 and I really wish we had an airco indoors at times like this, working, sleeping and exercizing all feels better in cooler rooms.

I walked in the park at lunch again today. No workout til thursday. Have a good evening friend. Welcome to our new check in friend!
 
Good evening to all......last evening I did a 30 min blender workout of Body Fusion/Upper Body
Sculpt. Tonight I did a 20 min cardio workout, mostly using the Firm Ballroom Aerobics(low impact)
Both nights I walked. That's it for me!
 
Thank you all for the warm welcome. I forgot to check in today but I did day3 of the xtrain series and my 45 min walk at lunch time. I'm in a weekly Fitbit challenge with my colleagues so we walk most days.
