Hi Annette! You did one of my favorites. I love kickboxing. Today for me was Great glutes. It's not a great calorie burner but WOW she hits the glutes hard. Endless pizza presses. I was cramping! Gotta run...I'm at work..LOL. Have a great day everyone!
 
Hi Girls!

Today the replacement DVD from Beachbody arrived. Such great service! Within hours of reporting the problem to them they let me know they would send a replacement. It took a little over a week for it to arrive, but I am so happy with the hassle free service.

Needless to say I had to try this DVD to make sure it would play, so I did 21Day Fix Upper Fix. A good 30min upper body workout, 2 circuits of 5 exercises repeated twice. So round 1 & 2 of each circuit before moving on. Each exercise is done for 1 minute. I got a really good workout out of it by going heavy, so not typical Autumn style, but aiming more at Cathe like weights, but that's tough for a minute, instead of reps!

Time to read, relax and crochet now. Have a good remainder of the day.

Hey ....great workouts today girls. Rock em Sock em is one of my all time faves too!!

Today I did a 20 minute pilates-esque abs routine (Lacey Kondi) + my own 'finisher' again of vertical jumps with a weight and speed curtsy lunges.
Have a nice crochet night Henriette.
 
I had appointments and running around today. So I didn't get in a workout.

I'm going to have to have surgery for a prolapse issue. November I think. Has to be done. A month of no exercise:(
 
Poor you Missy. I am already dreading the month or longer of no exercise once the baby is born. For people who are not used to working out daily it's hard to grasp, but I think all of us on here feel your pain.

I hope the surgery and recovery won't be too painful.
