Hi Everyone,

I only managed a short 25 minute Blender workout of cycling and legs. I am under the weather so had to just stop and take it easy.

Ceci - do you feel like you are getting a cold? There seems to be a lot of that going around. I hope you feel better.

Today was Mixed Impact Hiit plus Bonus Abs Live plus a YogaTX Morning yoga segment.

Today I did a kickboxing workout off of the You Tube which was 43 minutes long. It worked up a good sweat.

I am frustrated that I have gained ~4 pounds and can't seem to get it back off no matter what I try,sigh.[emoji36] Only good thing is my clothes still fit.

After taking son to work I stopped by the gym and did a weight workout pyramid style. I left shoulders till the end since every exercise I tried hurt with the first rep.

So I did a 50 minute weight workout including floorwork abs and the leg machines, ending with 2 shoulder exercises that didn't hurt, front raise with a medicine ball and dumbbells alternating and an exercise for the back of the shoulder.

Now I am finished [emoji3].

Compound HIIT Live- short and tough.
I am still feeling the remnants of this cold- it's been almost a month... so take it easy Ceci!
I can gain 4 pounds overnight Annette depending on what i have been doing and eating. sometimes I would gain that the day after a long (8+ miles) run when training for a half that must have been water. Anyway, if the clothes still fit it can't be all bad :)
