Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe Live Lower Body Burn and some abwork on my own.

Glad to see you finding Cathe fun again, Siobhan. Xtrain is probably my favorite series of late from Cathe, but RWH has some good workouts.

Annette - I need to expand my KCM collection again. She is my alternate for Cathe type workouts.
 
Hi Conni,

Today I did Hoco Volume 1 - the whole thing. I've become very good at push ups these past months.

Annette and Conni - I can only take KCM in small doses. I find her dull. Some workouts are pretty good but I can't do them often zzzzzz.

Hi gals,

Today was the Fat Blasting Taebo Workout 31 minutes of it.

I prefer KCM'S cardio over her weight workouts. Though most of her workouts are 30 minutes so that is good.
