Morning everyone.

I guess I'm first! That hasn't happened in forever:)

Yesterday, I wasn't feeling very well, but I was determined to work out, and a 5 mile run was on my rotation, so I started out feeling not very hopeful, and actually ended up running almost 6!

Today is the dreaded DOUBLE BOOTCAMP!!! WHOOT!!:D

How is everyone else doing?

Today is my cardio day plus extra leg work and abs if I have time. I will be taking Pinky's lead and adding in leg work between intervals today. }(

Shelley-I hope you feel better. I had a killer sinus headache yesterday. It hurt so bad I thought my head was going to explode!

Wendy-I love Pinky's LowMax and Weights version. You will really burn!

Today was Fiesta! This afternoon I have to read cases. So I will do that on the treadmill.

Good Morning Fit Friends!

Yesterday was PUB. Did 50# barbell curls thru all the bicep curls except for the last set and dropped down to #40. I was very pleased and let feeling toasty as heck!

Today is the fiesta for me: 100 toe touches, 100 burpees (squat thrusts), jog in place for 5 minutes, 100 jumping jacks, 100 alternating front lunges, low pulsing hover squats for 2 minutes, jump rope for 5 minutes, 50 push ups, 400 sit ups and repeat!

Tammy - How are you doing? IMAX2 is one of my favorites!!! I am anxious to hear from Sandra also!!

Yesterday was KickMax, one of my favorites. I didn't like kick boxing very much when I started it, but I love it now. My form still leaves a lot to be desired but it doesn't keep me from having fun with it.

Today is L&G's and CM#3. This is the first time for L&G in its entirety for me. I'm looking forward to it... I think.:p

I don't know if I'll have time to do a StretchMax today with what is on the rotation but I am really beginning to feel the need for a good stretch. My calves are very tight today after KickMax yesterday and Cathe's "work those calves and work 'em good"!!!

Today was LL, but I don't have it, so I used that as my excuse to do something different.

SS and Coremax 3. I haven't done SS for ages! Love those explosive lunges..:+

Shelley, I hope you're feeling better.

I'm excited. I was able to do the basic step DVD yesterday without any trouble from that gimpy hip!! I haven't been able to do step in months! I didn't use any risers, but I'm so poorly conditioned for aerobics that the step alone was enough for me.

Today is body fusion and I'm pumped to try it.

I just did Legs & Glutes for the first time. and Coremax #3 ! Great workout. OH MAN , do I predict DOMS for me !!!!!!!!:p
I really, really liked L&G, although I don't remember thinking that while I was doing explosive lunges or a billion leg presses!

I liked the music too. When I didn't WANT to count along and know how many there still were left to go, I would just sing along!:7 But I guess I should have written that under the thread "when are you glad no one is watching". or HEARING, in my case. ;)

Happy workouts everyone. And Jane, I can't wait to think what you thought of L&G!

Today is Charlene Prickett's "We Love Step." It's a fun routine, but not Cathe!

Yesterday I tried to remember some moves I saw on the Core Max clips and worked them into my abs. It was fun, but I think my form was off on a couple. That DVD is on my wish list!
 
Hello and good morning ladies!

Today I ran for 35 minutes, with bursts of energy here and there. I am never sure of distance, so I run by time and it was 40 minutes plus from start to finish. I decided to run to Lake Michigan and back. And it was a beautiful run! The sun was a huge orange ball in the sky, and the lake was a bright blue blanket. I went for my run sans walkman and so many other people running said hello to me as I passed. It was really nice.

I also want to do some shoulders, abs and then a good, relaxing stretch. I was going to go to an Ashtanga Yoga class with my mom, but she cant go and I dont want to hang out in a hot room. Its too hot outside for that. It seems silly, but it just sounds unpleasant; so I am not going either.

I feel so great today that I might try to fit a step tape in today also. It also helps that I have absolutely zero work to do today.

Oh, Is anybody else addicted to Sudoku number puzzles? I did so many yesterday, that I was dreaming of numbers last night.
 
Sandra....how funny...but you know there is a cute little baby in there. My Dad got me started with Football. We watched many games together...The time really depends on what I do for freestyle. Yesterday my Cardio Kicks DVD was skipping so I ended up doing a Taebo DVD. Then Opted for GS Legs standing which took about 30 min I think? Freestyle takes me anywhere between 30 and 45 min.

Shelley....running can do that!!! Even when you aren't feeling up to par...:)..Good luck with Double Bootcamp...

Wendy...a very good leg workout doing Lowmax Pinky's way!!

Carla...sorry about the headache. I get allergies but never sinus headaches, I just sneeze my brains out!

Toasty...I never thought of trying PUB biceps with a barbell...so you don't do the hammer curls?

Becky...yes, your legs are quite fried when you get to those explosive lunges...and then floorwork??...You did great!

I am doing a couple of Freestyle exercises plus GS Legs floorwork, a 6 mile run, abs and Chest & Back...maybe S&H...:)

I alternate between hammer curls and barbell curls when I do PUB on different weeks. I also did the weights differently with starting at heaviest and going down all the way thru PUB, and trying to stick with most heaviest for the longest before going down to a lower weight. I like to switch things around from time to time.

Morning everyone - have not posted in quite a while on the daily check-in, but now that I am back to following a certain rotation, I thought it would keep me consistant and accountable again :)

Sounds like some great workouts! I think the LoMax with lower body sounds terrific! As soon as I get my Hardcores, I will have to try it!

I am working a homemade rotation for the next four weeks, so last night was KPC 37mins Cardio and S&H Chest and Back. I was feeling pretty fried by the end.....those pushups for the chest are such a burner!

Tonight is supposed to be a long jog and leg work, but its supposed to be pouring all day - so I am subbing KickMax and adding L&G 11 mins floorwork as well....... :9

Wendy: I love your posts! I just cannot figure out how you get those time line things up there. Its so adorable how you had one for your baby and now for your weighloss! Terrific! I am not very computer gifted at all - lol
 
Good morning, ladies!

Last night was Legs & Glutes, GS Triceps only, and a 20-minute run. Whew! This morning was Core Max #2 and tonight will be Kick Max.

I'm putting together a training program for my daughter's girlfriend who wants to get in shape for Homecoming in October!!

I hope it rains today. We NEED the rain. And we need the cooler weather. 90's in September?!? Crazy!

Thanks for the answer Charlotte! Switching things around is great for your muscles. You are very creative with your workouts and your hard work shows...:)...Carole

Sun: BC, Turbo Jam 20 minutes.
Mon: Abs, turbo Jam 40 Minutes
Tue: PUB, Kickboxing 45 minutes.
Wed: Imax 3, abs
Thu: ME
Fri: rest
Sat: The Gauntlet

I hope everyone has a nice productive week!
