Hello ladies! i'm back!! i assure you that i have been working out, just absent in accounting for it:p i missed all of your motivation! today i am doing upperbody and lowmax.
i did KPC on friday and i don't hate it as much a s i remembered!

Hi everyone. I'm feeling under the weather today so I'm just going to do the weight part of timesaver day 2 (back/core). I just don't have cardio in me. I'm hoping if I take it easy today whatever this is will pass over.

I posted a question for you on another thread (see "Question for Venus" in the open discussion forum). Hopefully you'll see it in one of these two posts.

I just wanted to know about your elliptical trainer. What is the model and how expensive was it? Do you love it and would you recommend it as a good form of cardio. I have problems with my hip and thought this might be a good choice for me.

Late checkin here! Sometimes I don't know what I'll do until just before. Today was a hardcore cardio mish mosh, pretty much ala Aquajock. I did IM3 blasts only, Kickmax blast challenge, BC cardio only, PUB/PLB up only, CM1. This day was not for the faint of heart..lol! I feel great though. Have a great day everyone :)

Late check in, but if you knew what is going on in my house today you would congratulate me on getting a workout in at all,sigh,LOL!!

I did the 53 min. premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch today.

It has been a very busy hectic day today. Just to say we are getting siding put on our house today and they came a day early, UGH!! So we weren't ready for them (had to run around the house taking out all the screens from the windows & call my dh and find out the info about what they are doing that he was going to tell me tonight). I had a call from the gutter guy who said he was on his way over, I hurriedly got out of the shower and dressed and he never showed,}( . So I wasn't able to workout until lunch time.:D

Plus my boys are in a very bad mood and the oldest and the youngest are going after each other. I can't win today!!

This morning I did Body Fusion.

Becky - The lack of equipment needed for KPC is one of my favourite aspects of that workout. And because you don't need much floor space, it's a great workout for taking with you if you travel. I've done it in hotel rooms, using my laptop. Thank you for such encouraging words yesterday about my workouts!! Some days it takes every ounce of self-discipline to get started, but I keep telling myself that I'll be getting all the "rest" days I need soon enough. I hope my experience is similar to yours, and having the baby goes quickly and smoothly. I'm going stir crazy with the wait.

Shelley - great to hear your workout went so well yesterday. Have fun doing BC twice through!!!!

Wendy - it's awesome to see your ticker adding up the pounds. Good work! How are you managing with your Tuesday night dinners at the in-laws?

Carla - The rare times I get headaches, they're usually sinus related. Yuck!!! Enjoy your treadmill/work! I used to study for my undergraduate exams that way.

Tammy - I'm anxious, too LOL!!! I really thought I'd have this baby early, but now I'm beginning to worry that I'll go over due. I'm not a person who handles unpredictability very well, so this waiting game drives me nuts. SB yesterday and IM2 today, huh? That sounds like a fun week of workouts!

Jane - yup, still here :) I was the same way about kickboxing. It's grown on me, but I definitely still prefer stepping to any other cardio. And I also feel that my form probably leaves much to be desired. But it gives you a great workout, regardless of how high you kick, etc.

Michele - I did Body Fusion today too! I like that workout. Super news that your hip didn't bother you during BS yesterday!!!

Carole - your stamina impresses me, that's for sure! I'll take your word for it that there is actually a baby in there :)

Hey Everyone...I haven't been around much to post and feel a bit behind on what's been up around here. I've been getting my kids to check out Ask Cathe when they are on the computer (and they are ALWAYS on the computerx( :) ) to see if there's any news yet but......alas.....:-(

I've been working out regularly and enjoyed a vigorous yoga session this morning. I was marketing my massage business at Costco this morning giving 10 minute massages to the workers. Anyone else noticed how brutal Costco floors are!!! They have nice coverage for massage though, $500/year with no need for a Dr's note. I got a lot of bookings and I'm sure some of them will become regulars. After 2 years at this I'm always booked up 2 weeks ahead. I'm extremely excited and pleased by this, 2 years ago I wondered if this would EVER happen:)

Sandra you are amazing Girl!!! 5 days to go!!!!! I'm thinking about you lots these days wondering and waiting to hear about your baby's arrival. Here's tons of ((((((((GOOD VIBES!!!)))))):)

Shelley, glad you're feeling better today. I'm impressed that you are doing BCx2 yet again!!! Make me want to give it another go too!!!:)

I'm so impressed with the way everyone is 'times twoing' various workouts, adding tough intervals to cardio w/o's and the way we inspire each other to workout differently, it's a very cool thing indeed!!!

The Kiddies are home from school and kicking my sorry butt off of this computer! (In a completely appropriate and respectful way of course!;) :) )

Hi all. Late check in. I did RS this morning followed by a segment of Core Max. Yesterday was IMAX. I REALLY like the original IMAX. It's very simple, but man it kicks your butt. I have to say that the RS+ DVD was one of the best Cathe purchases I've made. I am a total MIC junkie!!!

It's hard when I eat away from home...I feel so out of control...but I try to pick the healthy foods or atleast the healthier foods out of the meal and I try not to eat a lot. I eat right before we go there so that I am not as hungry while I am there...Not easy but I guess I am managing pretty well.

Gosh, I can't wait for you to have this baby! Shall I do the labor dance for you? :+

Just finished my w/o... Legs&Glutes, the music is so great on the w/o!! Also did CoreMax #3. Still following the Sept rotation. I have DOMS in my upper body, lats, glutes, and hamstrings from KickMax yesterday. I'm not sure what L&G will add to this. Plus I am doing 200 walking lunges tomorrow morning at 5 a.m. with a 30 minute run tomorrow afternoon and 10 minute of Ab Hits. I'll either have legs and buns of steel or be in a wheelchair!!:eek: :eek: :p
 
I'm putting on Salt 'n Peppa "Push It" for Sandra's labour dance:+ :7 Pu-push it REAL GOOD!!:)

LMAO!! You guys are the best!!! Yes please, labour dance for me all you want!!! If my memory serves, doesn't PowerMax has "Push It" as one of the songs? Maybe if we had a group PowerMax day, all of the collective vibes will finally get this baby going!!
