Last evening: CTX 10-10-10 (w/u and cardio only) abs and calves (PLB) reverse lunges and step ups.

Tonight: Firm Lower Body Split with abs

Yesterday was GS BSB and I added on GS Legs 33 min. timesaver premix.

Today is IMAX1.

For everyone wondering what was going on with the GS's yesterday, GS BSB was on the October rotation schedule. I think there are quite a few of us doing the Oct rotation.
 
Hi Cathy, Jane and all who pop in later.......

I'm on that same Oct. rotation, so yesterday was GS BSB. I also added on SM #3 and an hour on my stationary bike.

Today is IMAX1. If I can still stand, I need to add on a leg workout!:eek:

I'm not on any rotation, but I did Stepworks already this morning - at 3:30 AM! Am I nuts or what?! I had to get to work by 5:30, and was up at 2:30. I AM nuts!

Good Morning, Lovely Ladies!

Yesterday was a rest day. Sunday I had a food fiesta!! I haven't eaten like that in forever!! :9 :eek: Well, I went to do Imax 3 yesterday and fell to the floor. I think I was still intoxicated from all the food I ate! So I said forget it and took a rest day.

Today Imax 3 and GS Legs. I feel back to normal again!:D

Yesterday was a 6 mile run, abs, and shoulders.

Today is IMAX3 and possibly AShtanga Yoga if I can get it together to get there.

Good morning everybody! :)

I did Hi/Low Intervals from Hardcore Extreme, but I had to modify a lot :( and even skip some of the intervals ;( . I just had not the energy and I got winded really easy x( . Oh well, I did the right thing.

Jane, Becky and Tammy - I have IMAX 1 on the schedule for next week

Honeybunch - I work out at 4 am every morning, so I join you with the nuts thing :D

Carla - Be careful with IMAX 3 it had me flying on the floor already too

Yesterday I did Firm it Up of the Slim Series, TAEBO bootcamp abs, TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ turbo sculpt. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series, TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ ab jam. Have a great day everyone.

Hi all,

I did PUB warmup and back today and my back is just killing me, I can't believe that I made it through the workout in the first place. I also did Kickbox Underground for my cardio and the kicks about killed my back.sigh.;( I am just a mess today, even got up early because the furnace guy was coming. I may take an anti-inflammatory soon.

Plus since I am doing PUB again for this rotation my chest isn't even sore from yesterday and with using MIS and CTX I had DOMS the next day big time. Alas back to PUB and no DOMS,sigh. Though I really like this rotation because my weight is staying below where I want it to be almost effortlessly which is nice.:7

As Cathe would say I had a 'good ol' time' this morning combining 10-10-10 and Step and Intervals cardio. Great workout and big fun factor! I have been neglecting my cardio lately because of time constraints so today's w/o was perfect.

Honeybunch and Kristine, with ALL due respect you guys are NUTS and I mean that in the best possible way! :) 5 a.m. is the earliest I ever work out.

Carla sorry about your fall, I feel for you. I am usually good for a fall about every year or so, good thing we have a couple of 'free bounces' left in us;-)

Hi everyone,

I haven't done my workout yet today, but after lunch I plan on doing Muscle Max. If Kate cooperates, I'll add on a short cardio afterwards (maybe SJP step and hi/lo). I missed my morning workout because I fell back to sleep after feeding Kate at 6am. The extra sleep has made me feel quite good, so I'm not complaining.

Hi again, in my country is 7:40 PM and I have just done my workout. Finally I have done TAEBO get ripped (the workout with the face of Billy in the cover) advanced and the Turbo Jam cardio party nº 1. Have a great rest of the day everyone.

Morning all. Today was SJP. I have a scratch in my DVD in two different places during the step portion and I just want to cry. In combo 1 and 2 it ends up jumping back to the warm up. Anyone know if there is a way to fix this? Is there any way to repair a scratched DVD. The rest of the DVD is perfectly fine, so I hate to buy a new one.

I remeber Diane Sue (WD) posting she had sent one of her Cathe DVDs somewhere to be fixed. If I remeber correctly, I think it was pretty resonabley priced and didn't take too long. You may want to PM her about it.
