What a great workout yesterday, Nora!
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - NEW 20 Min Classic cycling workout = 21 Min
KCM 30MTF- Strength & Stamina- Workout #1 = 31 Min
High Reps - Upper Body Only = 39 Min Way to get 'er done!

Today's workouts for me:

KCM-Strong & Lean dvd- "Strong Workout Premix: No Dumbbells" - 22 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Upper Body Resistance Band & Rowing AMRAP

That's it! Good ole hair appt this AM! Have a good day!

Today I did a mix of growingananas - a cardio workout for 23 minutes. I added on Cathe's latest 23 minute core workout (that was tough). Cathe looks so strong and fit in this workout.

Linda - interesting workout this morning! no weights but not quite cardio either?
Nora - WTG with yesterdays total body workout :)

Siobhan, the Strong & Lean premix was total body barbell & tubing, leaving out
dumbbells. Kelly has great premixes! Of course, there was short rowing segments in
Hydrow CT workout, with upper body work with a long fabric band. So, a little bit of both
worlds!
 
Today's workout was a 75 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, back machine, cables for shoulder press, 3 chest machines, sled for cardio and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes , light dumbbells for triceps and shoulders.

Very lengthy due to talking but overall workout was the time indicated at the beginning.

Think I might try this core workout.

In the office today and one more meeting at 8:00 p.m. Hate the late meetings. One of the guys asked me to move to 9:00 p.m. - I graciously declined and said everyone had already accepted. These are my colleagues and supplier in China.
