Annette, you crack me up with your "very lengthy due to talking"Today's workout was a 75 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, back machine, cables for shoulder press, 3 chest machines, sled for cardio and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes , light dumbbells for triceps and shoulders.
Very lengthy due to talking but overall workout was the time indicated at the beginning.
Nice workouts ladies!!
