Today was Core Exhale Pilates Plus. Really hits my core, ouchy!
 
Hi Conni (and everyone),

I took a well deserved rest day today. I got up early but read and drank coffee instead. It was nice.

Tomorrow I will be right back at it.

Conni - how's the plank/ab work going? I have seen noticeable changes in my ab area with all the plank work I've been doing. I am getting sooooooo strong in my core and am able to hold myself up more than usual. I'm excited.

Annette - I hope you manage to check in today!

Carmen - working late? I hope you get to go home early today as a result

Zhaoyang - do you go to the gym or do you have an elliptical at home?

HI all,

I did manage a 20 min. taebo workout for some much needed cardio today.

Now it is off to get a crown for one of my teeth, UGH!!:(, really getting older is not fun.

Hi ladies I did fire starter HIIT 25 then added about 4 min intense bodyrock workout. I'm still sweating and I took a shower!

Fish and asparagus for dinner.

Have a wonderful evening..... My boss is out of town for the next three days! Yay!

I did cardio and shoulders.
I increased my shoulder routine (five muscles per side) from five pounds to six.
My two arm dumbbell row is still at 25lb each.

For dinner I had a large bowl of mostly broccoli with some sweet potato, with two slices of provolone melted on top.
I've been making egg-white omelets with cheddar cheese as the "yolk". I think I prefer them!

CeciFifi - It's at home. That's pretty convenient.
