It was hard to get up this morning, as my kids have the day off from school (again).

I did a 45 min ab workout this morning and for some reason my shoulder is hurting now x( !

Tammy - nice workout, I have LowMax on the schedule for tommorrow.

Well I think I swam the last 3 miles of my 6 mile run yesterday....it was absolutely pouring....:)

Today the rain seems to have stopped...:)...I run again do some Freestyle legs abs and some upper body.

Is it 5:30 yet? it just should be, wow! It feels like I’ve already put in a full day.

Last night me finished the floor work from L&G and then I did P90x CS&T :9

This morning, Imax 2 was that fun, yep! Tonight, P90x Back & Biceps. And tomorrow morning P90x Plyometrics then for my pm workout Leaner Legs I meant meaner Legs }( }(

I am really seeing nice toning in my lower and I’m wearing clothes that I have not been able to wear the past year. Feeling happy about it too. I’m going to workout straight through up until Thanksgiving day, hoping for more results. And my weight is going down as well, I think I’ve lost more inches than weight, but its okay by me.

My boyfriend, is already saying you don’t need to lose NO more weight, you look fine. But in my mind I’ve a long ways to go. You know what I mean ladies, we are always striving for perfection, right. Well back to work, have a great day all :)

Hi good morning everyone, Today I start the week 2 of the November rotation. I will do KM, Turbo Jam and stationary bike.

Morning ladies. Day two of the November rotation, so it was Low Max for me. My legs were actually a little sore from KPC yesterday, so now my legs are really fried.

Hi gals, sorry I was absent yesterday but I am dealing with some family issues and they took their toll yesterday and I am fighting with depression over the whole matter.

Today however was a new day and I did CTX Kickbox with the power drills off of Cardio Kicks for my workout. Felt good.

Hey Katie, I think my right leg is still feeling Monday's KPC. Maybe b/c I was thinking of Kickbox, where Cathe says "Intensity, oh you were there already"? :+

I am soooooo ready for HSC. As soon as I completed LowMax, I took out my pen & paper and list the wts used in this w/o so I can setup tonight. I haven't done that w/o in a looooooong while and really looking forward to it. The music from Earth, Wind & Fire gets me so hyped and ready to work, I actually start dancing before I w/o. :+
